The mission of the AYEDOS B.V is to develop infrastructure mixed-use projects that include, Commercial Real Estate, Residential Housing Units (RHU) for the Low-income and Middle-income segment; to develop production capacity for Renewable Energy for the residents and provide affordable Rent to Own (RTO) homeownership plans for holistic sustainable projectsWe are presently developing Suncity (SC) which includes, residential housing units (RHU), commercial real estate (CRE) - including a hospital and school. The SC project also includes onsite renewable energy generation from solar, biogas and waste-to-energy technologies to create mini grid with distribution, storage, and billing infrastructure. The development utilizes local labour and sources material from local suppliers, as much as possible, to maximize the socio-economic impact of the project.Leveraging Blockchain technology, the company plans to Tokenize (Security Token Offering) the CRE portfolio, RTO debt portfolio and equity in renewable energy. Tokenization will bring a liquidity premium to CRE, lower cost for RTO buyers and increase participation and funding for large projects.

My role as Chief Financial Officer includes membership of the Executive Board, working alongside the CEO to produce a rolling business plan. I have also developed and maintained the Internal Controls Framework, ensuring that all policies and procedures report in accordance with statutory requirements.I have enjoyed being part of financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and scheduling working capital and particularly overseeing several foreign projects and corporate acquisitions.My key achievements in this role include:- Becoming Group Functional Leader and a Board Member- Transitioning financial systems to SAP.- Structuring several international acquisitions.- Financial management of complex projects throughout their life cycle.

Producing information to assist with budgeting and forecasting. Analysed expenditure variances, and prepared reports for budget managers. Analysing hours billed to capital projects.

My first role after graduation gave me a thorough grounding in the role of the financial function of the company. It included a 3-year inter-company assignment to act as profit centre manager with a £7m turnover.I gained knowledge and experience of reporting, accounting and business processes and acted as point of contact for internal and external auditors.My achievements in this role included:- Being recognised in numerous company award schemes including the Circle of Excellence.- Designed and developed a Visual Basic reporting to.- Achieved a cost saving of 25% on CiT costs through a cost-efficiency project.
