The teams mentioned are responsible for the marketing funnel, from marketing campaigns to digital sales (B2C & B2B), marketing analytics, growth hacking, lahitapiola.fi development and support, and graphic design. • My second hat is that I’m responsible for group-level brand development. • My third hat is that I’m also a Marketing Manager for LähiTapiola’s private customer insurances, LähiTapiola Life and LähiTapiola Asset Management.• I'm also a member of Eurapco Marketing Group. Eurapco is a strategic alliance of mutual insurance companies in Europe.

In March 2010, I co-founded a small TV production agency named Catch a Fish Productions Oy. Our main project has been Haavi Auki – a semi-reality TV show about fishing expeditions. Haavi Auki expeditions aired at YLE (Finland’s National Broadcasting Company) 2012–2016. Our company’s main idea is to have fun and grab a beer or two in the wilderness with friends. The secondary goal is to deepen our know-how about the entertainment business, producing, editing, budgeting, etc.

As a Senior Marketing Communications Manager, I was responsible for Elisa’s B2C online services marketing communications and Elisa's B2C content marketing. Leader of Elisa Viihde marketing team from 2016 and a member of Elisa Viihde management team.Elisa Viihde is a leading online entertainment & IPTV service. And also a producer of original series like Jättekiva, Kolmistaan, Downshiftaajat, Konttori (The Office Finland) etc. and sports entertainment service Elisa Viihde Sport. Elisa Kirja is a leading e-reading provider (e-books & audiobooks). In other words, Elisa Kirja is Finland’s largest electric bookstore.Elisa Live is a surveillance camera service that helps you to protect what you love. Service includes, for instance, a video feed with sound and motion control. Elisa Kulma is an event-based service concept and flagship store located in Aleksanterinkatu Helsinki. Elisa Kulma’s events are shown live on-site and also online. I was also responsible for Elisa's content marketing platform Elisa Ideat (https://yksityisille.hub.elisa.fi/). Elisa Lompakko was Elisa’s financial service based on mobile customer experience and contactless payments. In April 2016 Elisa Lompakko was sold to Aktia Bank Finland. As a team member, I also worked with a brand relaunch at Elisa during 2014. We launched Elisa’s new corporate identity, brand hierarchy, and marketing communications concept in October 2014. The main goal of the project was to integrate our strong subscription brand Saunalahti brand into parent company Elisa. Brand integration succeeded quite well. In September 2016 The Association of Finnish Advertisers awarded Elisa as a Brand Builder of the Year title, recognizing Elisa’s long-term efforts in brand building and marketing.

As a Planner I was responsible for content marketing under Saunalahti brand. As a part of Saunalahti’s advertising concept The Rich & the Senseless we made several music videos with actual musicians and our advertising character Kristal. The goal for this kind of non-traditional approach was to strenghten our brand preference among young people through non-linear channels like Youtube. As a part-time Marketing Manager I was responsible for marketing communication of Saunalahti broadband subscriptions. Also responsible for Elisa’s written communication guidelines and social media communication under Saunalahti brand.

As a Inhouse copywriter I was responsible for Elisa’s written communication guidelines. Main tool for that was Elisa’s Internal Communications Manual (Asiakasviestinnän ohjeisto). Also responsible for social media communication under Saunalahti brand and Elisa’s social media strategy. As a part-time Marketing Manager I was responsible for marketing communication of Saunalahti broadband subscriptions.

Copywriter at McCann and MRM Worldwide (McCann's digital division). Clients include Microsoft, IF (Insurances), Nestlé, Mandatum Life (formerly Henki-Sampo, life incurances & pensions), General Motors (Opel), Tradeka, Finnmatkat (TUI), L'Oréal, Unilever.
