It is my privilege to be President and CEO of Daily Printing, a cutting-edge marketing and print services provider that delights in solving our customers’ print and marketing communication challenges. We have differentiated our business by adding additional capabilities to our conventional and digital printing to create powerful cross-media platforms to help our customers drive increased response, call to action and ROI. In 2021, we added MailBoostXT, a game-changing marketing-based solution designed to seamlessly track the effectiveness of a direct mail campaign while enhancing results through the integration of digital social media platforms.A high-energy collaborative leader, I believe that “we” is smarter than “me.” That sets the tone and expectation for how we operate. When we wanted to offer a new level of print capabilities, we established a cross-functional collaborative team to explore various technologies and capital equipment options. On the team’s recommendation, we made a major investment by acquiring an 8-color UV press. Our cross-functional Safety Committee has done an outstanding job since the Covid-19 pandemic in reviewing and revising health and safety practices, policies for visitors and every aspect of our operation to allow us to continue to operate safely as an Essential Business. Collaboration describes how we work with our customers, too. Beyond bringing ink, paper and imagination together to working with them on their campaigns, Daily Printing creates a monthly magazine, Connect-Daily, for marketers highlighting trends of interest to that community. And, during non-Covid times, we have held many educational events for marketers that have been very popular.Adding value not only to our customers, but also to our community is important to me and to our staff. Doing good and doing well go hand in hand. To that end, our company has begun initiatives to support local charities. I have also been personally involved in launching and leading non-profit organizations to provide opportunities for youth and improve my community and serving on the city council of my local community.
