I have over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry, and I am skilled in sales, culinary management, inventory management, staff training, with a firm awareness of management ethic.My role involves overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, profitability, and food safety while focusing on cultural beliefs and standards. I collaborate with the chefs, servers, and other staff members to deliver excellent food and service, and to resolve any issues or complaints with input from all parties. I also monitor the sales performance, budget, and inventory of the restaurant, and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs. I am always looking for ways to improve our processes, menu, and customer loyalty, and to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in the business.
