Maintain four warehouses' with a total capacity of 450,000 square feet.

Responsible for repairs in a Warehouse with over 245,000 SF, to include an offsite Warehouse with over 70,000 SF.

• Providing minimum down time and corrective action in order to meet exceptional response and Hotel guest satisfaction.• Maintained the HVAC systems, guest rooms, kitchen equipment, and other mechanical devices in a 350-room Hotel.• Delivered team feedback to the V.P. of Operations, attend daily/weekly meetings to resolve pending issues.• Processed daily/weekly repair orders to a team of technicians.• Logged precise records of preventive maintenance repairs on the computer for future reference using HoTSOS, computer software. • Submitted seamless reports from daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly maintenance inspections to the V.P. of Operations.
