After earning my bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing, I began my working career in a variety of sales positions which included selling for Coca-Cola. For the last 10 years, I have acquired an array of experience while working in the disaster recovery and restoration industry. Starting with an entry level position as a water technician, moving into a project manager's position, advancing in to an estimator's position, and working my way up to become a partner with the same company in just two and a half years. I've managed and performed mitigation, remediation, and reconstruction projects throughout my career. Formerly, the Director of Emergency Services at North Ridge Restoration, the opportunity presented itself to further my knowledge and experience with Mitigate, Inc. My current position is the Director of Business Development with Mitigate, Inc. where my responsibilities include the triage all emergency job opportunities given to Mitigate, Inc.; management of all reconstruction staff ; and oversight of the larger commercial projects for Mitigate, Inc.. With a primary focus of doing the right thing, and a secondary focus of profit, I believe that all opportunities will continue to be directed our way. Tommy
