Perform all essential sales, marketing and customer satisfaction functions for production products. Activities include, but are not limited to: -Achieve marketshare and revenue plans-build contracts at all levels of accounts-aggressively pursue 'legacy systems' (offset printing, line printer) for conversion. -Retain and upgrade contracts to our production clients -Work collectively with Analysts, Account Managers and Service Technicians to improve Customer Satisfaction -Work Strategically with Xerox Business Services to propose and implement outsourcing alternatives -Provide training to supported sales reps in new and competitive products, prospecting, interest generating activities and in developing rep self -sufficiency in High Volume, Light Lens, Printing Systems and Digital Solutions (Color & Monochrome)

Responsible for selling Xerox solutions, services and marketing the full line of Xerox products to both current Xerox customers and non-customers within the DFW area. Driving both short term sales activity with accounts and also with developing and implementing long term strategies to ensure retention with Xerox and grow new business. Managing the entire sales cycle and leveraging executive level sponsorship in client’s organizations to bring new insight to the client about Xerox solutions and services that address their business challenges.
