- Provide full range of support to the strategic projects and events; responsible for day-to-day project supervision and administration- Coordinate with various parties to gather requirements and information- Prepare and justify project documents- Provide regular updates of project and event status- Assist in managing all aspects of the project scope, schedule, quality, and budget- Coordinate meetings and assist in planning projects such as reports and presentations

- Provide a full Burberry experience including sharing the story and information of the brand and different products to every clientele- Achieve the store sales targets and maintain the standard of the shop floor- Assist on the tills and with the visual merchandising- Stock management and daily stockroom replenishment- Help with administrative work including managing client complaints and enquires by email/phone, translating etc. and support Asset & Profit Protection (APP) team if necessary- Participate in regular in-store and online trainings

- Assist to plan, organize and execute advertising campaigns (mainly on print ads.)- Responsible for layout, content development, writing, editing and proofreading of the print ads. with a focus on marketing, advertising and corporate communication- Liaise with media, agencies, tourism authorities of other countries and different project partners, coordinate with CEO, operation department, design team, marketing/PR team and related parties to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and quality control- Assist to organize events, seminars and Facebook campaigns
