Update and create drawings using Solidworks and Autocad, manage the calibration of tools, work with the quality manager to plan and maintain the internal audit program as the lead internal auditor, interact with production to solve problems with instruments, troubleshoot customer complaints.

Responsible for overseeing the quality system for ISO certified company, mechanical inspection, calibration, shipping and receiving, creating purchase orders for materials and outside processes, reviewing government contracts and military specifications.

Processed engineering drawing changes using Solidworks 3D cad software and Autocad 2D, developed complete drawing packages for assembly personnel, assisted in implementing and maintaining EPDM data management system, assisted engineers with troubleshooting equipment problems which included analyzing drawings and perfoming mechanical inspections, maintained internal audit program for ISO certificate, maintain calibration database including scheduling of all calibrated instruments, assisted quality manager in analyzing customer complaints and recommending solutions, assisted purchasing in finding replacements for obsolete parts, worked with suppliers on drawing questions, member of the code blue team.
