Program and Product Management is all about people and technology. When we combine them, it can get complicated. But it doesn't have to be! I’m a real person, just like my team members and the best way is to collaborate. I go in with a positive energy, simplify decisions, and breakdown the steps and technology needed to achieve business goals. Outside of work, I focus on family and staying active. I volunteer as a coach for youth programs, active in the community, and trying to stay healthy with walking, biking and basketball.
