Aloha, Enjoyed a modest career in retail spanning twenty four years with the goal to support, develop and promote those around me. The smiles come after the hard work is done. Was insanely fortunate to be surrounded by incredible talent for so many of those years. When leadership suddenly changed, it was clear it was time to follow dreams and create an environment that could be fully supported with servant leadership and be the leader that doesn’t look up for how to act or react. After a tug of war of the heart strings with the amazing people I would have to say goodbye to, I’ve entered the riskiest but most rewarding part of my career. Now it’s return to roots in the Food & Beverage industry: 1| Relocate the Culture that was once found with Mark Erickson 2| Create amazing Food & Beverage 3| Combine it all together in an environment where families (and hopefully puppy relatives) can smile together. Life isn’t that serious folks, enjoy it with each other while you have it. An idea can become the song of a generation. Do not ever let a leader tell you to suppress your ideas in the dreamzone.
