Maintain ownership for vendor partners, procurement, capacity reporting, and the coordination of all HIPAA, SOC, PCI, and FedRAMP cybersecurity compliance exercises. • Manage 15 direct reports, an international team of 75+ Engineers, and a CapEX budget of $15M per year in the delivery of Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solutions (HCS) and Cisco WebEx Contact Center Enterprise (WxCCE). Serve as executive sponsor and leader of a program management team with 50 concurrent enterprise IT projects. • Directed the $20M delivery of the architecture and cost model for the Cisco Webex Contact Center Enterprise.
