My job involves developing and growing The Reelists as a brand and company. This is a hugely varied job that includes developing our industry reputation, attracting new clients, servicing and retaining our varied client base, building and managing a successful team, and most importantly, ensuring our work reaches continuously higher creative standards.We've worked with a diverse range of clients, including Disney, Government of Ireland, Amazon, Google, Audi, Just Eat, Heineken, Gym+Coffee, Irish Cancer Society, HSE, Dublin City Council, and many more.As co-founder of The Reelists, I have grown the company to a peak of 10 employees and an annual turnover of €500k+ with no outside investment.

As a Board Director of Kids' Own Publishing Partnership, I bring my experience of Media & Communications, Company Management, Finance and HR to the charity. My responsibilities include attending regular board meetings and annual AGMs, ensuring the charity is complying with CRA regulations and adhering to its own Constitution, and signing off on annual budgets. I am also a member of the Finance, Audit and Risk Sub-Committee.
