► As an implementation manager I am responsible for acquiring and managing the project field resources. This involves the following…○ Determining how many resources are needed based on the expected run rate.○ Opening REQ’s for any contractor support needed to supplement any full time field resources that may be available.○ Conduct interviews with contractor submissions to open REQ’s to determine whether or not they have the skill set needed for the scope of work to be performed. Gauge their telecommunications knowledge and experience as it applies to the project needs.○ Periodically adjusting the resource headcount according to the specific needs of the project based on available workload.► One of my key responsibilities is to maintain the project budget with an overall $0 absorption or better each quarter.
