- Planning, Implementing, Evaluating & Monitoring Overall work of GSENC Development business in Indonesia.- Actively finding partners and new project in Indonesia, focusing in Jabodetabek area- Sorting out project proposal through Market study & feasibility study.- Making and reporting feasibility study, cash flow & Market positioning to Headquarter for new project candidate. - Negotiating and finalize JV/JO agreement for every project deal Including MoU, NDA & Term sheet.- Lead the land acquisition process for several project.- Reporting progress and status of the ongoing project quarterly. - Update and reporting overall market condition in Jabodetabek area annually.- Quarterly updating the internal market database for Indonesia, mainly Jabodetabek area.
