• Manage daily work queue containing escalation cases in SalesForce• Extract reports to analyze turnaround time data and assess Operations’ fulfillment of Drug and Health Service (DHS) products• Act as subject-matter expert for internal and external clients• Develop remediation plans and align operational support based on customer feedback• Participate in conference calls with internal and external customers to assist problem solving service issues • Consult with Chief Medical Review Officer to provide compliance and regulatory guidelines to HireRight customers • Provide web-based system training (via WebEx) to clients on DHS products

• Provide best practice recommendations to Enterprise-level customers• Coordinate with the Sales and Account Management teams to facilitate DHS sales• Notify customers of process changes and upcoming product releases• Provide monthly PowerPoint slide decks with customer-specific metrics

• Partner with Emerging Enterprise sales team to offer DHS products • Pinpoint prospects’ DHS requirements and identify the appropriate solution • Specialize and educate customers on DHS products and services

• Responsible for gathering DHS requirements for new and existing customers• Acting as a liaison between customer and service delivery teams with a focus on onboarding between the sales and implementation phases• Arrange and assist training sessions to familiarize customers with HireRight systems

• Act as primary lead for Account Implementation Supervisor and handling setup of Enterprise accounts in both Charlotte and Irvine systems• Provide resolution for escalated issues from all Account Implementation team members• Prioritize and partner with Project Managers on large, complex implementations

• Migration of substance abuse testing clients from HireRight to NDI systems• Establishment of client, location, and billing profiles for new and existing substance abuse testing clients• Troubleshooting and resolving issues of existing clients

• Responsibility for daily employment screening operations, including the receipt and review of all background reports, resolution of discrepancies, and overall client support• Communication with independent subcontractors to provide a full array of client services, such as criminal record research, employment verification, and motor vehicle reports to employers• Assistance with the configuration and implementation of a new web-based sales system, SalesForce, including the customization of its software to correspond with the workflow of the NDI sales team

• Preparation of proposals, executive summaries and informational materials for sales prospects• Preparation of sales and commission reports for the Vice President of Sales• Assistance with responses to Requests for Proposal and Requests for Information
