Providing owner oversite for two 100 MVAR and one 50 MVAR with control, also Transmission line. Expansions and upgrades for the Romney and West Shackelford expansion projects located in West Texas.

Providing owner oversite for EPC for the (Dooms/Lexington) removing old towers and conductors and replacing new 184 foundations/towers with a (500kv 555Line) with a lower hung (230kv line #2 Transmission Line with Substations upgrades smart grid and controls).

Walt Project, Assigned by PTAGSenior Electrical Transmission Line Manager for Substation and T&D projects. Coordinated temporary substation and two outages. Total project included 950 towers, multiple substations, converter substation, and Gensis Power Plant 115 and 500kv DC insulations transmission line.

GE Energy Digital Project, Assigned by Maverick Technologies LLC.Construction oversite for several multisites Ponoche/Livingston/Mendota/EL, patio/Campbell and others. New switch yard added at Ponoche with Reto-fit to existing and re-configuring the grid connection. Replaced all bus/insulators/cable to 3,000 amps with new Mpact building with battery building. Other multisites with breaker and substation upgrades.

Power Plants owned by TEPCO. Adding power to the grid due to the Tsunami (High Voltage Manager)Senior Project Manager Oversight for six Pratt-Whitney 25mw units and 164 1½mw diesel generators with substations and switch yards EPC with BOP control upgrades. Transmission lines were repaired are replaces as need to return power back to normal. This effort was 24hr a day until power was restored to the public.

Alco Alum PlanProject Manager/Estimator installed new substations and switchyard for plant expansion. Reto-fitted existing substations and switchyards to new transmission feed addition. Installed new and Reto-fit GSU transformers. Repaired existing switches and breakers. Added AC and DC feeds at existing plant 15kv 230kv.

GE Energy and Control Projects, Assigned by Granite InternationalProject and Construction Manager Substation/T&D/Generation UAE/Abu Dhabi for Italy oil and Gas UMM Shaif ocean platforms. Construction Manager electrical and mechanical site for install/BOP/commissioning for three LM 2500 units. Oil and Gas Project Site Manager for electrical and mechanical for India and Gas, China Oil and Gas, and Italy Oil and Gas. Provided estimating services at Beijing for China projects. 0 Install/BOP commissioning and start up for ten GE G10 units implementing two shifts to complete projects. Electrical and Mechanical Project Site Manager/Construction Manager/Estimator completed retrofit for a 2100 Exciter and Iso-Phase Bus for twin 600mw generators Basin River Power Plant, Wyoming. Retrofit for a 2100 Exciter and Iso-Phase Bus for a 600mw generator Jim Bridger Power Plant, Wyoming. Retrofit for two Mark #6 Controllers adding new control wiring retrofit on GE frame 7 generator units, Washington assigned through Granit, a GE owned company, organized to provide GE with independent project management.

BP Petroleum, Alaskan Pipeline, North Slope, Artic Circle. Contracting through T&D Kelley Services LLCSenior Project Manager/Owner's Rep contracted by owner's representative to expedite project. Pump station three, containing triple 1.2mw Siemen's Generators. Project was over budget, past completion deadline, and failing to maintain basic industry standards. Provided re-direction and aggressive construction managing services ensuring productive management structure, quality control, and commission/start up and final completion.

Evaluated effectiveness of SunCore programs, processes, and procedures in managing the power distribution and oil system of the oil sand sites. Overall objective providing SunCore detailed information for a safe and reliable power distribution system that met or exceeded a world class generating system for present and future growth.

GE Energy and Control, GE Automation Services, GE International, GE Italy Oil and Gas.Electrical/Mechanical and Controls Project Site Manager for GE Energy for fall outage 2004 and return spring 2005. Retrofit for two new 2100 Exciters with Iso-Phase Bus and generator overhaul on two 1350mw generators to ensure un-interrupted power for Los Angeles, California. Managed civil/mechanical/electrical/controls/instrumentation for a design build GE project providing "turnkey" result. Projects in multiple countries mechanical, electrical, Project Manager, Estimator, Technical Advisor, and Site Safety Afghanistan and Iraq reconstruction (Bhasara, Bhagdad, Shiba, Alamara, Bhuzrghan, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait) as well as various other foreign countries and domestic U.S. sites. Turbine generator electrical power distribution, 5kv, 15kv, 65kv, 115v, 230K Substations. Transmission lines and lower voltages and controls, responsible for work on pump treatment plants and natural gas. Plant Frame 7- Frame 9, 2,500 and 6,000 GE Jet Turbine Generator Systems and controls, and instrumentation Bhuzrghan project replaced or repaired one hundred miles of transmission lines, switchyards and substations supplying power for South Iraq to Bagdad. High and medium voltage distribution over-head and underground to substation, central utility plants, gas compressors, centrifuges, switchgear new and rehab VFD's, UPS Systems, cable tray, busways, duck banks managed and assisted in startup, substations, Switchgear, testing, and high voltage wire testing and control relay testing petroleum and natural gas treatment sites.
