- Meet or exceed forecast new and used car volume, gross profit and CSI targets- Desk new and used deals providing finance, lease and cash options as required and approving deals.- Maintain full customer focus and attention at all times- Ensure all sales staff follow sales process and coach them for trade appraisal, F&I process, appointments, customer follow up and telephone handling.- Supervise the activities of the receptionist, new vehicle clerk, and lot personnel to ensure that they are performing their duties effectively- Managing the demo inventory and programs.- Able to stay calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to customers.- Employ business with a pleasant, polite and friendly disposition

- Ensuring all finance/lease deals are approved from various preferred lenders.- Providing credit payment protection, extended service contract and environment care protection for protecting the vehicle's investment to the customers.- Coaching sales staff and managers to 100% follow the proper F&I process to increase customer's satisfaction and gross profit.- Make sure all documents/deal are funded and vehicle deliveries are ready in a timely manner.
