Diagnose and repair any issues customers may be experiencing with their Apple or Windows computers. This may include replacing hardware/software, virus/malware removal, data migration, email setup and support, remote technical support and anything and everything in between.

My duties here included helping clients resolve issues with their computer over the phone as well as diagnosing and repairing computers that client’s bring in. I have also had to build/repair client’s computers or networks at their offices. We also upgraded, installed, troubleshot and repaired any other software or hardware issues that they are having. We also offered data migration, data backup and data recovery services. We could also build custom software for clients and we offered data storage as well.
