I believe the world needs more leaders who dare to both admit their vulnerability and based on that - be courageous in order to make a real impact. I do my best to role model this behavior.I have a master’s degree in theology and a master’s degree in organizational psychology and I am well read on research within the field of organizational culture, leadership and teams.
