In the TxDOT Weatherford Area office, I worked with the area engineers, field inspectors, and design team on a variety of projects and in a variety of roles to better understand the lifespan of a project. This included calculating plan quantities, conducting site visits to identify plan inconsistencies, inspecting jobsite work, and comparing completed work to plan set specifications. Despite only having a summer, the fantastic team at the Weatherford office was able to educate me in the entire project process from plan set to painting and beyond.

Greater St. Louis Area

Conducted research on the effects of ribosome damage on cell life and cell growth with pertinence to the ribosome's function within the cell. Refined the treatment and culture growth processes to eliminate systematic error in our testing, and successfully refined both the culture treatment and growth resulting in viable data.
