Contribute as member of Design Team to deliver architectural drawings and all specifications for finish materials, products, furnishings, and fixtures according to FF&E budgets and project program set forth by the client. Generate detailed interior finish schedules from flooring to tile, lighting, millwork, and more to equip the field with all information required to realize design direction at the utmost quality. Conduct face-to-face presentations, selection meetings, and showroom visits directly with clients to communicate visions, build rapport, and establish trust. Collaborate with team members closely with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Provided dedicated assistance to Lead Designer and co-host of HGTV’s “Stay or Sell” in project management of home design projects, contributing the deliverables of mood board concepts, elevations, renderings, specification lists, and final interior furnishing and decor installations leading to successful on-camera reveal to clients.

Supervised construction of luxury residential new-build project to ensure building methods were carried out with precision and fine craftsmanship. Performed quality control of quick-paced new construction environment, ensuring residence was built per plan and complied with local building codes.
