Delta Sigma Pi is a widely recognized co-ed professional business fraternity with a national presence. In the spring of 2022, I was initiated as a member of the Alpha Omicron Chapter at Ohio University. The fraternity emphasizes fostering social connections among members while also equipping students with the principles of ethical business leadership. As a member of the Alpha Omicron chapter, I've had the privilege of networking with both current and alumni brothers. Being part of this fraternity has enriched my understanding of business and equipped me with essential skills for personal and professional success. Currently, I hold the position of Vice President of Finance, where my responsibilities include overseeing dues collection and managing the chapter's finances.

At Flyers, I help with the operation of preparing food for customers productively while constantly communicating with my co-workers. I have worked my way up to consistently being in charge of all pizzas that are being made on our busier nights. Once I became skilled and knowledgeable enough, I started training new employees on how to effectively work in our kitchen, teaching them the proper skills. Aside from helping make orders, I have also interacted with customers over the phone and in the store, helping take orders and using my customer service skills that I have acquired in the past.

At Grandad's Pizza, I had to ensure that many different parts of the operation were running smoothly. I spoke to customers over the phone, making sure their orders were taken quickly, while also maintaining excellent customer service. At the same time, I assisted with making subs and salads, cooperating with co-workers to make sure these orders were made quickly and efficiently, while making sure all of the orders were made correctly too. At the end of the night, I would then help out with any cleaning task that needed to be done. Throughout my time in this role, I helped our staff make up to 400 orders per night.
