Tommy McCarthy Racing's mission is to help drivers and corporations navigate the world of motorsports and have an impact on the community. We aim to guide our clients through coaching, track support, car rental, and much more. Whether it be their first track day or preparing a professional driver for an up coming race, our staff can make any motorsport dream a reality.In Person Coaching:A professional driver will provide the best driver coaching environment. Driver coach can also give live feedback in the passenger seat of clients car.Spec Miata Rentals:A professional driver team with a fully equipped 2002 Spec Miata, GoPros, Aim solo 2, and radios to provide the best driving environment. Full track support is included and the car's seating and suspension can be adjusted for the driver's comfort.Trackside Support:Our team will support with a full set of tools, car scales, GoPros, and all the needed equipment to support an individual at the track. Special Requests:All special requests can be met if given the order and objectives. Some examples are; client car set up, equipment rentals, car transportation, storage, etc.​​

Hooked on Driving priorities are SAFETY, FUN, & LEARNING, in a friendly, non-competitive, and low stress environment. Events include run groups for Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced drivers. The Novice program is welcoming and educational with classroom input, car control exercises, on track sessions, and personal coaching. I’ve been a performance coach with HOD for almost five years. It’s a pleasure to meet new people and coach them for the first time or support existing customers in graduating to intermediate and advanced driver levels on the track.

As a Safety Management Intern, I supported the executive team with Federal OSHA, CAL/OSHA, and environmental compliance administrative duties, as well as assisted with organizing safety training, online courses, consulting and webinars.
