As Intelex executed M&A activities to strengthen its product offering with the acquisition of Ecocion (Jun 2016) and ehsAI (Nov 2020), I co-led technical due-diligence and integration implementation strategies with the CPO/Chief Platform Architect. As a result, Intelex has an Environmental suite integrated to an advanced emission management information system (EMIS) and an AI-driven regulatory content management tool powered by ehsAI.In 2020, Intelex committed to focus on the future of ESG performance management and reporting for its large customers. I had the opportunity to strategize on the architecture and build a prototype by refactoring one of Intelex's most sought after solution, Sustainability Performance Indicator (SPI), into a highly scalable ESG Scope 1, 2 & 3 analytics and metrics calculation solution that leverages Snowflake and MS Power BI technologies for data warehousing and insights visualization. As a result, the productization work was able to take off rapidly and committed to be completed by 2023/24. Other achievements during my seven years tenure: - Served key customers including but not limited to ABB, FedEx Ground, Thales, Kerry, etc. to successfully fulfill their data integration concerns with the Intelex Platform by sharing best practices. - Built a working prototype on Apache Flink to integrate Industrial Scientific's (ISC) connected IoT gas detectors to Intelex Incident Management. Engaged in a year-long project to design and implement a migration strategy for Hoffmann-La Roche AG's risk assessment data. Implemented a data migration tool to successfully convert dozens of complex FMEAs, PHAs, HAZOPs and other risk templates and documents within the client's tight schedule driven by their IT's roadmap.

Lead technical engagements leading to the successful implementations of enterprise-grade MoC, incident management, and various quality risk assessment tools (i.e. FMEA, PHA, etc.) for global clients such as Husky Energy, BHP, BP, Melbourne Water, etc.
