S.J Butt & Sons Limited July 2022 – Current Date.I joined S.J Butt & Sons in July 2022 I did week on/ week off for 6 month in the Royal Navy so had time to work part time for S.J Butt & Sons Limited.I did this because I wanted to have something to fall into when I left.I got qualified as carpenter within 8 months and I sharpened my skill set.I am a Carpenter buy trade and I have a blue skilled worker CSCS card. I am a builder and what I mean by that is I can put my hands to anything.. Plastering,. Roofing,. Decorating,. Carpentry,. Tiling,. Patios,. Screeding, . Concreating,. Groundworks.. CSCS Blue skilled worker.

I joined the Royal Navy to push myself further than I thought I could. I left the Royal Navy because I achieved a lot and saw potential outside which I never did before. It taught me lot about myself and others. Throughout the Royal Navy I worked with a lot of people, organized mission objectives and threats to our ship at sea, I would go onto addressing Captain in the operations room and then get feed back from all of the offices. They would quiz me on my knowledge of the threats in the area.I would be expected to take charge in many situations e.g., firefighting, damage control and team building exercises. There is so much information about what I did within 4 years and if you would like to know it would be better to explain in person.
