Hello! My name is Tommy Pho. I Graduated Magna Cum Laude in December of 2022 with a BA in Psychology and a Minor in Business at George Mason University. Currently working Full-Time at AllTransPack, Inc. a small, Veteran-Owned Company specializing in custom crating of Dangerous Goods and Hazardous Materials as an Accounting & Training Coordinator. My role involves handling AP & AR Duties and managing the Training Administration Department. My main field of interest within Psychology is Industrial/Organizational Psychology, emphasizing Training & Development. Employees and their competency in performing their jobs drive a company to success. By focusing on how we train and assess competency, we can not only find benefit in the organization's efficiency but also in the employee's capability to perform at their best. Ambitious to get things done, I am work-and-result-oriented and excel at team communication, punctuality, and time management.
