Hello, my name is Tommy Post.I'm a curious individual with a strong work ethic and a "let’s get the job done" attitude. I love IT and the complex problem solving that is required in today's demanding world. No company in the world can have a thriving business without IT, some of the most ground breaking companies "made it" because they understand what technology can do for them. I'm a Scrum Master working in the health insurance sector. I'm passionate about helping my IT team grow and succeed. My mind is Agile focused, but being a servant leader requires more than just knowing a guide. I get excited when i can coach individuates/team on how to effectively communicate with each other; to come together and self-organize around problems and how to solve them. It's difficult work at times, but what really energizes me is seeing when the business side of the house works with the information technology side to accomplish a common goal. Communication and Transparency are the key traits to reaching any goal.
