- Conduct assessments on current political, social and economic environments in Indonesia and develop strategic plans for programmatic interventions.- Facilitate negotiation related to KID's programmatic intervention with relevant stakeholders including government representatives at all levels, civil society organizations, political parties, foreign country representatives and donor organizations.- Develop democracy and political education program (in East Nusatenggara, South Sulawesi, East Java, Banten, South Sumatra and Aceh) that promotes dialogue, consensus building and participatory policy making involving young adults coming from civil society, members of political parties, government officials and business community in cooperation with Swiss Embassy, Polish Embassy and the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy .- In cooperation with Friedrich Ebert Foundation, develop an action oriented project involving multiple stakeholders coming from local government officials, members of local parliament, the Social Security Agency (BPJS Kesehatan), local community/ indigenous groups and medical workers in Sanggau Regent (West Kalimantan) to improve of the implementation of the National Healthcare System (Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional - JKN). - Lead a time series research (2011-2013) on democracy index at the local level: The Regent of Jayapura (Papua), Pasuruan (East Java), South Tangerang and Lhokseumawe (Aceh).- Develop innovative programmatic interventions, including that related to South-South Triangular Cooperation. - Develop institutional learning and capacity building for both KID and for program partners.- Develop fundraising strategies.- Supervise the implementation of monitoring and evaluation to ensure high quality program deliverables.

- Designed monitoring and evaluation system as well as develop tools and instruments for democracy education program aiming to improve the quality of substantial democracy, with special attention on enhancing political discourse of young politicians coming from civil society, political parties, government officials and business community.- Lead the adoption of Outcome Mapping as a participative methodology of monitoring and evaluation that involved program beneficiaries as well as local stakeholders, including members of political party and members of local parliament in Papua, East Nusatenggara, South Sulawesi, East Java, Banten, West Kalimantan, South Sumatra and Aceh.- Introduced a cloud-based indicator tracking table as a real time project monitoring system.- Organized and facilitated PME training for local Implementing Partners and local stakeholders, including members of local parliament, civil society and government officials.- Set up and maintained knowledge center to provide institutional learning and documentation of project challenges as well as achievements.
