As a Student Ambassador (Tour Guide), I act as an on-campus representative of the university for prospective students providing valuable and knowledgeable information about the university through campus tours and communication.

Working on a team with several other bag and cart attendants with diverse experience and skills, I prioritized connecting with members both personally and professionally, while providing quick and flawless service. Key responsibilities:- Preparing members' and guests' golf clubs prior to play, staging 40+ carts and 100+ bags near the first tee to allow for a smooth transition from the pro shop to the golf course- Cleaning golf clubs and carts post-round while creating conversation with every member and guest- Fulfilling specific requests from members, including detailing of personal golf carts, assembly and repair of electric pushcarts, and occasional food and beverage delivery on the golf course.
