• Worked on a ferry working 13-hour shifts on a 2-week on, 2-week off rota, often in the weeks I was supposed to have off I made myself available for work and worked 2-3 extra shifts;• Had a wide range of roles allowing me to gain experience in a number of areas such as bar-work, catering, waitering and cleaning;• The role demanded a high-level of customer service coupled with the diligent following of a strict health and safety policy.
