As President of the Tau-Pi chapter of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity, it was my job to oversee the entire chapter's endeavors. This includes the social aspects, working with other organizations on campus, working with possible members of the fraternity, and working with school administration. I also managed the events that our fraternity both held and took place in. I oversaw budgets that range anywhere from $1,000-$20,000. Continuing, I held the ideals of the fraternity in mind with every decision I made.

My main purpose as Pledge Mentor for the Spring 2020 Tau-Pi chapter of Kappa Sigma pledge process, is to teach the knowledge of the fraternity to the potential members. There are many points of knowledge such as our individual chapter's history and the history of the entire fraternity. Following I taught life lessons and techniques that help young men grow into the person they want to be.

As a Rush Chairman I was tasked to grow the member count of our fraternity with quality individuals. With this goal in mind I created, hosted and succeeded with 8 events. These various events included opportunities to connect with current brothers as well as served as a first impression for our potential new members. Through this experience I grew as a leader, having a full 60 person fraternity with one focus in mind. I also grew socially, being able to better adapt to, as well as connect with different people.

My time at Pacsun was very influential in dealing with people. Prior I had thought that my people skills were solid all around but learned that there's specific ways to deal with people in aspects that I had no experience with. This changed, then grew, with my experience at Pacsun.
