Prior to joining SAK, I was District Manager for Granite Inliner’s (formerly Layne and Reynolds Inliner) Texas Gulf Coast Operations, located in Baytown, Texas, and Vice President of RePipe, Inc. in Houston, Texas. Having transitioned from the Industrial Process sector involving various Industrial Cleaning and Environmental Technologies, I helped develop and lead teams in successfully executing Infrastructure Renewal techniques primarily with Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP). As a professional in CIPP Technology, I have served in a number of roles ranging from Project Manager to Vice President. With continuous improvement and excellence a goal, focus on the health and safety of staff and crews is paramount., The creation and maintenance of dedicated teams and effective organizations are the result of cooperation and teamwork. A “hands-on” approach is the operational leadership position. I am directly involved in daily operational matters including field oversight of projects, employee training and education, equipment maintenance, labor allocations, the development of safety and quality programs, product management, estimating and quality control.With both a strong technical and commercial background, I strive to provide leadership in client satisfaction and contract management throughout the operational region.
