Tommy Stuebe is a Vice President of Valuation at Kidder Mathews in Downtown Los Angeles. He specializes in the valuation of multifamily housing projects in the West Coast region. Tommy started his career in commercial real estate with CBRE in 2021 and is a Certified General Appraiser in the States of California, Arizona, and Washington.At CBRE, Tommy worked with a team specializing in market studies and appraisals of market-rate and affordable multifamily properties. This included appraisals for financial institutions, state tax credit agencies, HUD, FNMA, FHLMC, and state and local government agencies; market studies for HUD, state tax credit agencies, and state local agencies, and Rent Comparable Studies (RCS) for HUD. Prior to his real estate career, Tommy was a student at UCLA studying mathematics. While at UCLA he interned as a solar photovoltaic analyst and financial analyst for Scylla Microgrid. He also cofounded the Numerical Analysis Club at UCLA in 2019 and served as vice president of the club until his graduation in December of 2020.Tommy is currently an evening student at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. He plans to graduate with his Juris Doctor in May of 2028.
