Active in EB and HR consulting since 1979, I’m excited to bring my knowledge and expertise to the employee benefit practice of Higginbotham. Leaving old friends and coworkers behind is always hard but I have never been so excited about an opportunity in my life!!! I look forward to learning and sharing with my 1,000 new coworkers of which over 300 share the employee benefits world with me.Having been involved in EB and HR consulting for 38 years, I have seen and lived with the consistent lack of innovation in the way employers and their brokers have continued to approach the health insurance marketplace. However, over the last few years there has been a quite change taking place. A change, which allows employers to be more involved in how they provide benefits for and to their employees. The employers and the consultants that serve them are called disruptors. And after 38 years I am proud to be one.My team at Higginbotham will continue to seek out those employers that understand that disruption can be good and that without change things only stay the same.
