During his tenure at DailyAccess, Tommy also served as CEO of InterServ, LLC, an SEC-registered investment advisory firm and wholly-owned subsidiary of DailyAccess as well as Resolution Benefits Design, LLC, a health insurance plan brokerage and wholly-owned subsidiary of DailyAccess.Active as a thought-leader in the industry, Tommy was the chair of the Council of Independent 401(k) Recordkeepers, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the American Retirement Association. In 2006-2007, while serving as chair, he testified in front of the House Ways and Means and House Education and Labor committees on retirement plan-related issues.
