Tommy’s professional background as an entrepreneur started in the financial services industry as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch, then as an independent advisor working in the retirement plan industry. He co-founded DailyAccess Corporation, an innovative and market-leading independent qualified retirement plan services firm in 1995 and served as president and CEO until the company sold to Newport Group in 2014. During his tenure at DailyAccess, Tommy also served as CEO of InterServ, LLC, an SEC-registered investment advisory firm and wholly-owned subsidiary of DailyAccess as well as Resolution Benefits Design, LLC, a health insurance plan brokerage and wholly-owned subsidiary of DailyAccess.Active as a thought-leader in the industry, Tommy was the chair of the Council of Independent 401(k) Recordkeepers, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the American Retirement Association. In 2006-2007, while serving as chair, he testified in front of the House Ways and Means and House Education and Labor committees on retirement plan-related issues.
