Reporting to the programme director of this £180M change programme Tommy had responsibility for delivering the first phase of this UK wide business and technical consolidation . Tommy had the task of managing all aspects of business change, including people matters, process improvement, technology, finance, property services and risk & compliance. In this high profile role Tommy was regularly required to contribute to reports to the COO of RBSI and others at RBS executive level. Tommy succeeded here by improving the quality of communications to impacted staff, driving up the quality of reporting and by bringing a level of knowledge of business change and IT improvement which was much needed by the programme and respected by senior external stakeholders.

Planning and directing large scale business & IT change; operating at Main Board level with strategic, business and financial drivers in addition to a full range of architecture, interoperability, platform and eBusiness functionality objectives.
