Currently a Business Program Specialist at HQ Exchange Telecom Services Division. I work as a project manager and over see new internet, cable providers, and deploying cellular infrastructure CONUS wide on Army and Air Force installations. I also assist in developing contracts and franchise agreements with the telecom service providers. Prior to this position, I was deployed to Afghanistan where I also managed the telecom providers, but was also the COR and Network Engineer for 18 months. I served 23 years in the US Army. Retired as an E-8. With positions as Communications Chief, First Sergeant, and G-6 NCOIC. My last assignment was the Communication Section Chief for a Medical Command. My main responsibilities were to make sure that The Command and all of the 32 subordinate units over a five state area (Texas,Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico) were trained and able to install. operate and maintain at unit level, the different facets of communication each unit had. This included but were not limited to Tactical AM and FM radios system, Local Area Networks, Communication Security Equipment, and Tactical telephone sytems.I also held a Top Secret clearance. I would also partner with my boss ( the Signal Officer), and provide guidance and recommendations on developing and improving the Standard Operating Procedure, (SOP), and the Tactical Standard Operating Procedure (TacSOP).I was also responsible for 22 soldiers in my section.Specialties: Instructor, Trainer
