With over 20 years of leadership experience, I have worked for companies such as the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR), Trimble, Google, and the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). As a Lead Trainer for iPEC, I had the privilege of helping to develop hundreds of new professional coaches. I hold certifications as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Certified Professional Coach (CPC), and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) from iPEC.

From early 2021 to nearly the end of 2022, iPEC executed on an ambitious mission to create a subscription business that leverages the content and unique approach to raising consciousness that iPEC has honed over 20 years. To support this mission, a new internal division was created called the Conscious Community Division, which I supported as a Director and member of the Executive team.An online subscription product called "Conscious Community" launched in early 2022 and demonstrated viability of iPEC’s first subscription business. We created social connections through live shared experiences and provided ongoing education about consciousness, the 7 Levels of Energy, and Energy Leadership. We started with an emphasis on recent graduates from iPEC's Coach Training Program (CTP).In July 2022, the original project underwent a number of rebranding changes and renovations into a new product called ConscioUs by iPEC. Despite a robust re-launch strategy and design, and due to a number of factors, it was ultimately decided to pause the division's efforts for an indeterminate period.

- Lead diverse and nimble team to provide comprehensive, scalable, and personalized support to over 30 million (in 2011 alone) SketchUp activations. - Pioneered migration efforts to maintain and improve support operations from Google to Trimble (eg. oversaw SalesForce implementation and other customized applications to preserve email support workflows). - Drove migration of Google Help Center to Trimble Knowledge Center (http://help.sketchup.com), including platform decision, and oversaw complete re-write of the knowledge base (over 1300 articles) into a simplified, easy to read, easy to follow Help Center- Co-lead effort to implement an upgrade, maintenance, and support program for SketchUp Pro- Launched front line support team which re-introduced phone support for SketchUp Pro customers.- Manage Cost of Goods Served for SketchUp business.- Utilize Google Analytics to assess the health of our business (Knowledge Center activity, Help Forum activity, email and phone support activity).
