Drawing from my own experience, I mentored and guided my team, ensuring they had the support they needed. But as time went on, things became more complex, and I realized that relying solely on my own expertise wasn't enough.That's when I discovered the power of coaching—a way to empower my team to find their own answers, tap into their inner wisdom, and unleash their potential. I witnessed the incredible transformation. Through increased levels of consciousness, they tapped into newfound energy, self-mastery, balance, creativity, communication, productivity, and, most importantly, fulfillment. And it permeated their lives outside of work too.Inspired by this fresh approach to leadership, I created the role of an Internal Leadership Development Coach, and soon after, I started my own private coaching practice. Additionally, my passion for coach-based leadership led me to become a Lead Trainer for iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) and, eventually, a Director and Executive for them as well.I've witnessed the magic that unfolds when teams are given the opportunity to discover their own inner “sage” and unlock their true potential.
