In the year 2005 Rydex was acquired by Seawave LLC USA from 'Inmarsat'​ the owner of Rydex Corporation Ltd at that time.- continued serving Seawave LLC USA at Singapore office with the same role and responsibilities.- Managing 3 Rydex private hubs located in Singapore, at the same time providing technical support and installation support for customers.- Trained on SeaWave NavSeries and Seawave Integrator product for operation, installation, servicing and support. - 'Clipper Round the World Yacht Race & Seawave Integrator'​- Seawave Integrator communication terminals were installed on all Yachts competing 'Clipper Round the World Race' 2005-2006. Service visits were made to the yachts when calling at Marina Singapore and Subic Bay, the Philippine for repair, replacement of parts of Seawave Integrator .

Rejoined Rydex Corporation Limited, Vancouver B.C just before the company was acquired by the U.K. based Communications Satellite operator Inmarsat Ventures Limited in the year 2000.Rydex Corporation Limited - Singapore Office was established in the same year and providing regional technical support for customers since.- Managed 3 Rydex Servers for KDDI Japan, Wallem Hong Kong and regional Rydex customers. (two private hubs and one public hub)

Navix Marine (S) Pte Ltd was a Ship Management company of Navix Line Japan with 64 vessels under Singapore management.- Vessel Computerization project - Fleet of 64 vessels in the year 1997( work involved: procurement of 130 desktop PC, 65 HP printers and 65 scanners for the project , planning for deployment of the PCs for the vessels)- Evaluation of Email system installed on trial on 2 vessels - - With Owners and Management's approval, the Implementation of Rydex email system onboard 64 vessels was initiated with Rydex private hub in house.- Rydex in house private Hub administration and management.( Mailbox activation, Fax gateway, Telex gateway, Internet gateway and ccMail gateway)- Planning for installation and deployment onboard 64 vessels. Personally attended all 64 vessels at Japanese ports with assistance from Japan head office Engineer to install PCs, Rydex email systems and provided training for ship's Captains. (1997-2000)- prepared and published 'Email User's manual'​ for ship's Officers.- Implemented Video conference system (Singapore - Tokyo) using ISDNx 2 channels - in1998 for Management meetings and pre-joining briefing for Japanese Captains.- Fleet IT support responsibility- Fleet communication budget- Direct billing arrangement with Telecommunication Service Providers (Telenor and Singtel)- Coordinate 2 vessels GMDSS implementation projects.The Company is now known as MOL Ship Management (Singapore) Pte.
