The Central PMO Analytics Delivery Process team is responsible for the data and process that regulates portfolio, programme and project delivery which is the foundation of management reporting, planning and strategy. - Refresh, test and publish regular Change portfolio resource and financial reports, validating that it aligns to the Finance golden source of data.- Maintenance and continuous improvement of Portfolio, Programme and Project Management (PPMO) toolset static data and live service.- Manage all resource scheduling across the portfolio ($, headcount, spend). - Investigate, explain and produce commentary of variances to budget and forecast.- Reconcile invoices received against forecasts and confirm actuals to date with PM’s. Work with various departments to resolve ad hoc Accounts Payable enquiries.- Using the PPM tool, updating and managing portfolio financials to provide consistent and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.- Aggregate and report on project benefits, allocations and BAU impact.- Analyse and manipulate large sets of data to create holistic dashboards for MI packs.- Liaise with internal and external senior stakeholders to ensure governance and data quality is maintained across the portfolio.
