Analytical, throughout my life I have always found myself attempting to turn everyday situations into a chance to solve a problem. Whether it's dissecting algebraic formulas, or redesigning the structure of a customer's playground set in their backyard, I have always found a way to apply my analytical ability to whatever situation or problem I face in my life. Collaborative Leader, the most important aspect I have learned about leading others is first allowing your work, skill, attitude, etc give a first impression of yourself. Lead by example. I strive to be a leader through establishing my passion and work ethic towards the certain goal the group is trying to attain. Whether that means being at every off-season workout or setting the right example for underclassmen in the football program, I understand that to be a leader you must gain the respect of those who you are leading. But also I always attempt to influence the group to be as collaborative as possible and allow for others to take the reigns if they seem to be a better fit, being a leader without collaborating with the rest of group isn't being a leader at all; it's being a individual.Passionate, lastly while I know it is extremely cliche and the key phrase in every motivational speech, there is no reason to pursue something if you don't feel passionate about it. Being passionate about what I have pursued in my life is what keeps me going when I'm up at ungodly hours studying for an accounting exam, or what forced me to get up at 5 am every off morning of the offseason for a workout, I cared too much about what I was doing to allow for anything to deter me from pursuing my passions.
