And I've dealt with and worked from multiple global locations. I've lived 2 years in India, building and improving a Global IT Service Center team and 1 year in Singapore, managing business relations and global IT support. The broad understanding enables me to reduce the confusion when dealing with cross-function and global communication. And cut to the chase if need be.My specialization is within building IT Service support and processes and it's mainly done via ITIL frameworks that I'm usually focused on.
