In order to do so, I have to understand all the procedures, and interview employees to receive additional information about the procedures. - Furthermore, I had to design a hierarchy/structure for storing and maintaining of the procedure documentation on the company’s intranet.- To assist the other employees, I also designed a definition document to help them to understand what the categories mean and where to find the documents on the company’s intranet.
