Leadership, Technology, Innovation, and Integration is where I thrive! I am a proven Leader and Manager with the ability to develop strategic cross-functional teams and streamline business processes in a global environment. My grandfather provided me a glimpse into the world of technology and innovation by introducing me to my first computer and other electronics. This truly sparked something inside of me; a hunger to understand it and learn how it all worked. He took me under his wing and taught me the basics of electronics, down to the component level. This would establish a foundation that would allow me the success I have achieved in my career. I believe that great leaders develop new leaders, and I have dedicated myself to providing mentorship, guidance and educational opportunities to those around me. I thrive in environments where I can engage with teams and discover tried and true methods as well as new methodologies to solve complex problems. My ability to organize and focus diverse, multinational and ethnically diverse teams lends itself to my success. I believe great minds need an environment that fosters creativity and growth while empowering people to make decisions at their respective levels. I work with highly skilled teams, through research, development, vendor relations, testing, evaluation and integration of highly technical solutions.
