I’ve had an 19 year career with NTA Life/Horace Mann as a producer, as well as in different levels of management. As part of NTA's Education Division, I'm responsible for driving new business development and customer service by implementing a strategic sales system to educate our potential clients and maintain persistency with current policyholders. I am also involved with our Emergency Services Division of our company. I'm responsible for building/maintaining relationships with our Fire Fighter Associations/Organizations and developing/training specialized agents to service that market.My responsibilities in my current role is to increase production by developing relationships with teacher/fire fighter groups and associations and expansion into new areas. Another part of my job is hiring and training the right talent for each of those divisions.
