❏ Managed and trained 25 new-hire recruiters to assist in their learning of the industry and company. ❏ Sourced and recruited niche healthcare candidates via Vivian, Indeed, Travel Nurse Source, Facebook, and HealthCare Travelers in order to present various facilities with the highest qualified individuals to join their team. ❏ Hired over 100 niche healthcare candidates from these various sources. ❏ Consistently made the highest number of calls in the division (averaging 70-80 calls a day, compared to 30-40 from my peers) in order to present these facilities with the most talented candidates. ❏ Assembled all of the candidates’ required documents for the potential position which includes health documentation, resume, references, and other items. ❏ Facilitated job interviews and job offers for each potential travel candidate. ❏ Managed, on average, 18 healthcare professionals while they were on assignment, which consisted of timecards, attendance, and any issues that occurred. ❏ By consistently averaging a top five margin (profit for OneStaff Medical) within the Eldercare division, it made me a pivotal pillar for the growth of this staffing agency. ❏ Chosen Employee of the Month by my peers for my work ethic, attitude, and willingness to help others.

Help raised over $34,000 in one day for Camp Kesemers and was a camp counselor for more than 150 kids.
