As the head of public relations and social media for the North Pole, I manage the online presence and reputation of The Real Elf, a global phenomenon that brings joy and laughter to millions of fans. I am skilled in new media, social networking, and people-oriented communication, and I enjoy collaborating with diverse and talented teams across the world.Most recently, I worked as a Manager of Executive Support to the COO and the President of Growth at Publicis Media, one of the largest media networks in the world. In this role, I provided strategic and operational support to the senior leaders, and facilitated their internal and external communication, engagement, and alignment. I also leveraged my social media expertise to enhance their personal branding, thought leadership, and visibility in the industry.
