As the Director of Facilities Maintenance and Construction at CSM Corporation, I oversee the planning, execution, and quality control of various projects, ranging from building renovations to multi family residential maintenance and CapEx upgrades for our lodging and commercial properties as well. I have a couple year’s experience in this role, where I apply my background from a lifetime of working for the construction business my family owned, focusing on project management, construction processes and root cause problem solving. In addition to my corporate position, I am also a small business owner and a former corporate pilot. I run a small engine repair shop, where I service all types of lawnmowers, snowblowers, snowmobiles, ATVs, motorcycles, and other two and four cycle engines. I also have 2+ years of experience as a Falcon 2000/Gulfstream 200 PIC at Life Time - Healthy Way of Life, where I flew executives and VIPs. These diverse and complementary experiences, coupled with over 20 years USMC leadership have enhanced my skills in leading teams of all sizes, communication, problem-solving, and delivering outstanding customer service.
