Our teams were responsible for all product quality, training and inventory within Amazon’s $1B+ print on-demand apparel business. Led a team of roughly 18 salaried managers and 150 hourly associates.

Managed teams of 400+ associates while leading all outbound operations at Amazon's 2nd largest make-on-demand fulfillment center, setting production and efficiency records while earning safety recognition. Stretched into Site Leader role, managing all support teams and operations, before being promoted to a US role.

Founded a start-up event facility in Texas, disrupting the powersports industry with direct-to-consumer offerings and industry-leading experiential event services. I led the design and implementation of cloud-based logistics and reporting solutions for the company’s end-to-end supply chain including its mining, rail, and last mile operations. I planned and managed operational improvement projects and designed strategic analytic models to assess the performance of 30 recycling plants processing over 100 Million tires a year.In this role I:• Built and led a loss prevention analytics team of 15.• Delivered $25+ Million in incremental annual revenue by identifying market opportunities through analytics and re-engineering recycling business model to allow for assessment and resale of used tires.
